Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only issued if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Initiating a Request: You must inform us via email at reallygpl@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery with unboxing photos/videos showing the defect.
• Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or provided as store credit within 7–10 business days.
• Non-Refundable: Customized items, final sale items, or products returned without prior authorization are not eligible for refunds.
